PROVO, Utah-Monday, BYU freshman forward A.J. Dybantsa was named the Lute Olson Award National Player of the Week Monday per collegeinsider.com.

In wins over Clemson and UC Riverside this past week, the Brockton, Mass. native averaged 27 points, 8.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game for the Cougars.

Dybantsa and his BYU teammates return to action Tuesday by hosting the Pacific Tigers at the Marriott Center in a non-conference tilt.
