SALT LAKE CITY-Chad Wallach had an RBI sacrifice fly and Kean Wong homered in a productive 8th Inning as the Salt Lake Bees edged Reno 6-5 Saturday at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.

Wallach added a 4th Inning home run for the Bees who came into Saturday’s game having lost 10 of their last 11 contests.

Zack Weiss earned the win on the mound for the Bees by netting a strikeout in one inning of work.

Dominic Fletcher homered in the loss for the Aces.

The Bees improved to 33-38 on the season while Reno fell to 38-33.

The Bees and Aces conclude their series Sunday at 1:05 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.
