SALT LAKE CITY-Cooper Hummel homered and the Reno Aces doubled up the Salt Lake Bees 2-1 Friday in Pacific Coast League play at Smith’s Ballpark.

Drey Jameson earned the win on the mound for Reno by posting eight strikeouts in six innings of work.

Jameson improved to 2-5 on the season.

Jose Rojas homered in defeat for the Bees, who fell to 32-38 on the season. Reno improved to 38-32. The Beeas have now lost 10 of their last 11 games.

The Bees and Aces return to action Saturday at 6:35 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.
