(Salt Lake City, UT) — Most Utahns are no longer concerned about getting the COVID-19 virus. A new Deseret News/Hinckley Institute of Politics poll shows only 32-percent of those asked are somewhat or very concerned about coming down with the virus. Sixty-eight-percent of the more than 800 people asked said they were not concerned at all or not very concerned. In February, about 56-percent of Utahns said they were concerned about COVID because of the omicron variant that was affecting the state.
