(Undated) – Utah wastes very little money when it comes to Medicare. Government watchdog group Citizens Against Government Waste named Utah the least wasteful state in a new study this week. Texas has the most waste in its Medicare program, followed by California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Officials say Medicare loses more money to waste, fraud and abuse than any other government program.Â
