(Undated) — Astronomers say Utah will be one of the best places to view Saturday morning’s solar eclipse. The so-called “Ring of Fire” eclipse will pass over the state from the northwest to the southeast and central Utah is expected to be prime viewing country. Astronomers from around the world have been heading to Richfield. Snow College will host a festival at its Richfield campus, with free solar viewing glasses and scientific activities. The Four Corners area, where Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado touch is said to be another great place to catch the eclipse. The “Ring of Fire” eclipse is forecast to begin at 10:31 a.m., last for four minutes and 40 seconds, and reduce sunlight by about 90-percent.
