(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah House Representative Quinn Kotter is resigning. Kotter made the announcement on Wednesday afternoon, telling the Speaker of the House that he will resign from the District 26 seat on September ninth. The Republican said “life circumstances” have impacted his ability to “devote [his] full attention” to the role. On social media, the Utah House Majority Twitter account wished Kotter good luck going forward.
