UT Joins ‘Light The World In Teal’ For Alzheimer’s Awareness

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah is shining a light on Alzheimer’s disease. Two Salt Lake City landmarks will light up teal today. The Salt Palace Convention Center and the Governor’s Mansion are joining more than 800 buildings in what’s called “Light the World in Teal.” The program happens every year during November to mark Alzheimer’s awareness month. About 34-thousand people across the state are battling the disease.
