(Salt Lake City, UT) — The lights at Salt Lake City’s Temple Square have returned to visitors for the first time in two years as of Friday night. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints closed the square down to pedestrians last year due to concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing construction. This year, some of the traditional displays will be scaled down due to the renovations.
