(Orem, UT) — It’s unclear if a 16-year-old will face charges after being arrested for running naked through Orem traffic on Saturday. Police say they were forced to use a taser to subdue the teen male because he refused to obey officers’ orders. They say he admitted to being under the influence of ecstasy.
