(Cedar City, UT)  –  A teen driver is facing several charges for his role in a high speed chase on I-15.   Utah Highway Patrol Sergeant Ryan Bauer says he chased a Kia on I-15 Tuesday evening at speeds up to 100-miles an hour.   Eighteen-year-old Kevin Roque and a 16-year-old female passenger were in the car which Roque allegedly stole earlier.  The chase ended in Cedar City where Roque ended up flipping the car over near Canyon View High School.  The two teens were arrested after they crawled out and ran to the school to try to mix in with a crowd of students attending a wrestling competition.  Roque faces several charges including auto theft.Â
