(Cedar City, UT) — A suspected fentanyl dealer has been arrested in Iron County. Pedro Alejandro Pinacho was booked into the Iron City Jail yesterday after an investigation that began in late March. A search of Pinacho’s home by the police found about 80 fentanyl pills, powdered fentanyl, a spoon with burnt residue consistent with drug use and tinfoil with a burnt residue consistent with fentanyl pills. He allegedly also attempted to sell the drugs to undercover agents in the Iron-Garfield-Beaver Counties Narcotics Task Force and was arrested. He is awaiting his first court hearing.
