(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Utah Division of Consumer Protections has filed a lawsuit against solar panel company Elan Solar. The lawsuit filed to Salt Lake City’s Third District Court claims that the company deceived its customers. The company allegedly does not have a license to install solar panels but did so regardless. Elan had previously settled two previous court cases in 2022.
