Traffic is flowing again on State Route 12 in Red Canyon after flash flooding Thursday afternoon.
A mudslide blocked the road in Garfield County and closed a section west of Bryce Canyon City.
Officials say a nearby weather station received over an inch of rain in less than an hour just before the slide.
Crews were able to able to clear the debris a few hours later.
