Update: In a post to their Facebook page on Jan. 31, the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office shared, “we want to thank everyone for their tips and the information they gave us. Working with Garfield and Piute County Sheriffs we were able to locate the truck late last night. The search is currently active in Garfield County.” This is still a developing story and we will update you with more information as it becomes available.
The Sevier County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the publics help in locating a missing person. In a post to their Facebook page they shared the individual was last heard from on Jan. 27 when he sent a video to a friend possibly from South of Monroe Mountain. The subject is driving a 2011 black Chevrolet Avalanche with Utah license plate 4X2BS. Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at (435) 896-2600.
