The Sanpete County Planning Commission has drafted an ordinance regulating shipping containers in the county and will hold a public hearing to consider changes to the Land Use Ordinance concerning their use within the unincorporated areas of Sanpete County. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 13th at 6:30 pm in the Sanpete County Courthouse.
The public is invited to attend the hearing by electronic means only. To get a copy of the proposed ordinance and to receive a link to attend the meeting electronically, contact the Sanpete County Clerk’s Office at 835-2131, Extension 5. Written comments are also being accepted prior to the Public Hearing on Wednesday. Comments may be dropped off or mailed to the Clerk’s office in Manti.
