(New Harmony, UT) – Two people accused of animal cruelty in New Harmony will serve a year of probation. Christina Silvers and John Trinity also received suspended 90 day jail sentences as part of a plea deal on misdemeanor animal cruelty charges with prosecutors earlier this week. Three horses on their property reportedly died of malnutrition and a fourth has since been taken to a horse sanctuary. A third person, Kelton Prisbrey, is also charged in the case.Â
