The lights are back on in Mt. Pleasant after a 12-hour power outage on Tuesday. The city lost a transformer Tuesday afternoon, and even though they were able to get a replacement from Fairview City, they had to wait for a crane to make the repair. Most areas of the city were online again by 6:30 Wednesday morning.
