Monroe Canyon Fire Update 8/22

Firefighting efforts continue against the Monroe Canyon Fire in Sevier County. As of this morning the fire is still listed at 73,722 acres and containment has increased to 88 percent.  There are currently 599 personnel assigned to fight the fire.
