(Hurricane City, UT)  –  A man very familiar to Hurricane City police is behind bars again for threatening to blow up the White House.  Investigators say they got a Facebook message from David Torrey last week in which he threatened to blow up the president’s home and they arrested him Tuesday.  Torrey was arrested earlier this year for making nearly identical threats to the White House and has also made multiple bomb threats against the Cedar City hospital.  He remains behind bars on threat of terrorism charges.
