(West Valley City, UT) — A missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is recovering from her injuries after she was hit by a pickup truck last Friday. Church officials say it happened as she was serving at the Utah Salt Lake City West mission in West Valley City. The collision left her seriously injured and she was taken to a hospital. There’s no word on her current condition, and the collision remains under investigation.
