On Tuesday afternoon Deputies, EMTs and Fillmore Fire and Rescue responded to the scene of a single vehicle rollover crash north of Fillmore. According to a press release from the Millard County Sheriff’s Office, “responders located four juvenile occupants, all under the age of 14, none of whom were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.” One sustained critical injuries and was taken by ambulance before being flown to a hospital in northern Utah. The other three were treated for minor injuries. The release stated, “during the initial investigation, Deputies learned that the juvenile driver had taken and operated the vehicle without the parents’ knowledge.” The incident remains under investigation.
