(Cedar City, UT) — Southern Utah soldiers are back home following a deployment to Eastern Africa. Several members of the Utah Army National Guard flew into St. George last month and finished their trek by touching down at Cedar City Regional Airport. Part of the 204th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, the outfit helped staff the headquarters of the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa. The group was gone for roughly 11 months, and some told St. George News it was nice to return home to family and a colder climate.
