State Bank of Southern Utah in Gunnison is getting a new building. Managers and employees gathered on Wednesday October 6 for a groundbreaking ceremony.

The new bank will be on the corner of 100 South and Main Street in Gunnison. The 9,600 square feet building will provide bigger spaces and more privacy for costumers. A new large conference room will also be added along with expanded drive through services.

The building is expected to be complete sometime in 2022.
