A teacher at Delta Middle School has been charged with allegedly sexually abusing one of her former students. According to KUTV, “Malori Nielson, age 28, was charged Monday with rape, a first-degree felony; and distribution of pornography by an adult, a third-degree felony.”

The alleged victim was a student of Nielson’s from 2021-2023 and told law enforcement she raped him in May 2024. Nielson also reportedly sent a nude video of herself via Snapchat, which several students saw, to the victim on Dec. 6, 2024. According to charging documents, the victim said he and Nielson added each other on Snapchat to facilitate her allowing him and his friends to access the school gym to play basketball when the school was closed.
