(Orem, UT) — There’s a debate over what a memorial for Charlie Kirk might look like at Utah Valley University. So far more than 90-thousand dollars has been raised by Republicans to establish it on campus. Some people, however, have concerns that the memorial could turn political. They tell Fox 13 a petition to keep Kirk’s likeness from being used has already garnered more than two-thousand signatures. Meanwhile UVU officials say they are collaborating with the student body as well as the community on an appropriate tribute.
