(New Orleans, LA) — A vaccine mandate for health workers is back in place for roughly half the country. A federal appeals court in Louisiana made a ruling in a case that involves more than one-dozen states, including Utah. They had sued in federal court, over a policy that affects hospitals and clinics that participate in Medicare and Medicaid. And this creates a patchwork of rules across the nation, meaning it will likely land before the U.S. Supreme Court.
