(Provo, UT) — Brigham Young University approved plans to construct a new building for the College of Fine Arts and Communications. The new building will be built where the Harris Fine Arts Center is currently located on the Provo campus. When finished, the departments for Art, Design and Theater & Media Arts will be housed in the building, with new galleries, production studios and performance spaces. The School of Music will move to BYU’s new Music Building, which is currently under construction.
