(Daggett County, UT) — A body found at Flaming Gorge Reservoir is identified as a 59-year-old man missing since January. Daggett County authorities say Phil Sabey’s empty car was found at a boat ramp the day after he’d gone to the reservoir to fish. He had recently moved to Manila, Utah from Lyman, Wyoming. Investigators believe he might have fallen into the water while unloading his boat.
