(Salt Lake City, UT) — There’s a new bill being introduced that’s designed to let gun owners carry weapons into publicly-funded venues like sports arenas. House Bill 452 would require venues to let gun owners inside if they have a concealed carry permit and the venue gets at least one-million dollars in state funding. The Smith Group, which owns the Delta Center, told 2-News: “Smith Entertainment Group will review the proposed legislation to understand the bill and its potential implications.”
