EPHRAIM, Utah-The Snow College Badgerettes will host their annual showcase on Wednesday, March 11 at 7 p.m. in the Horne Activity Center. The public is invited to attend. Admission is just $5 for the general public, and $3 with a student ID. The Badgerettes are a precision dance team that focuses on jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary styles of dance. The team members are well-trained dancers that come from all over the state. The Badgerettes perform during halftimes as well as other school activities and community events.

In addition, the Badgerettes will be hosting auditions  for the 2020-2021 school year on Saturday, April 25, 2020, beginning at 1 p.m. in the Horne Activity Center Dance Studio. Those wishing to participate need to bring a one-minute solo, a 3×5 headshot, a completed application form and a $20 cash audition fee. The audition will consist of jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop movement phrases. A short interview will be held as well. Please bring appropriate footwear.

Requirements:

• The team is a two-semester commitment
• A one-week summer camp is required
• Rehearsals are held 5 days a week
• Co-requisite for the team is one dance technique class
