Residents in Wayne County are being asked to take extra precautions, keep lights on, keep doors locked and remain home or with others this evening after recent events. The Sheriff’s Office is asking residents to report anything that causes alarm to the Wayne County dispatch line at 1-800-356-8757. In conjunction with these circumstances the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office has released an attempt to locate for a white 2002 Subaru Outback, license plate number U560YF. In the post to the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page it was stated they are lookin for the Subaru for “suspected involvement in suspicious death.” If you have seen this vehicle within the last 24 hours please contact Sevier County dispatch at 435-896-6471. No other information has been released at this time.
