NEPHI, Utah-Brayden Lawton and Tryker Greenhalgh each drove in a pair of runs as the Juab Wasps humbled Carbon 6-1 in non-region baseball action Wednesday. Dalin Ludlow earned the win on the mound for the Wasps. Jacob Vasquez drove in a run for the Dinos in the loss.

NEPHI, Utah-Indee Jones homered and the South Summit Wildcats pummeled Juab 17-2 Wednesday in non-region softball action. Kamryn Chandler and Maleah Bowen each drove in three runs apiece for the Wildcats. Macee Blackham had 2 RBI in the loss for the Wasps.

SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Hiatt Wade, Benji Miner and Bimmer Boonyasi each found the net as the Wasatch Academy Tigers edged Merit 3-2 Wednesday in 2-A Central boys soccer action. JJ Hansen and Samuel Berhe each scored for the Knights in defeat.
