EPHRAIM, Utah-Wednesday, Snow College men’s basketball small forward/power forward Travis Wagstaff was named as the SWAC player of the week.

The 6-7 Utah Valley transfer out of Holladay, Utah and Olympus High School averaged 21.5 points on 17-30 (57 percent) from the field last week for the Badgers.

Snow went 1-1 in these games, downing Southern Nevada 93-86 and falling 99-98 to Salt Lake Community College.

The 13-7 (8-5 in SWAC play) Badgers return to action Thursday at Colorado Northwestern and Saturday at USU-Eastern Utah.
