ALPINE, Utah (AP) — Four people were caught up in an avalanche in the mountains of north-central Utah, but no one was buried. The Utah County Sheriff’s Office says two people suffered leg and ankle injuries in the slide northeast of Alpine on Sunday morning. The other two people were uninjured. It was not immediately clear what triggered the avalanche.
