2-A State Quarterfinals @ SVC
RICHFIELD, Utah-Adam Holt netted 11 points and 11 rebounds as the Enterprise Wolves overpowered North Summit 61-47 Monday in the 2-A state quarterfinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Wade Morrill had 16 points and 8 rebounds on 7-11 from the field in the loss for North Summit. Enterprise has advanced to the semifinals Tuesday at 7:00 pm at the SVC and will face Enterprise.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Jake Eichorn posted 14 points and 4 rebounds on 7-9 from the field as the Beaver Beavers outlasted Gunnison Valley 50-41 in overtime at the 2-A state quarterfinals Monday at the Sevier Valley Center. Janzen Keisel had 14 points and 5 rebounds in the loss for the Bulldogs.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Souleyman Barro had 11 points and 6 rebounds on 5-6 from the field as the Layton Christian Eagles decimated Monticello 63-37 Monday at the Sevier Valley Center in the 2-A state quarterfinals. Cedar English had 12 points and 7 rebounds in defeat for the Buckaroos. The Eagles shot 55.1 percent from the field and will advance to Tueday’s semifinals at 9:00 pm where they will face Parowan.
RICHFIELD, Utah-The Parowan Rams went on a 25-10 run in the 4th Quarter to close out Draper APA 61-51 at the Sevier Valley Center Monday in the 2-A state quarterfinals. Easton Jense had 17 points and 5 assists on 4-8 from the field for the Rams. Shayden Benson added 12 points and 10 rebounds and Krue Stubbs netted 15 points and 7 rebounds in victory for Parowan. Logan Baldwin had 14 points and 6 assists on 5-10 from the field in defeat for the Eagles.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Grayce Glover posted 25 points on 9-18 from the field as Kanab bested Enterprise 54-42 in the 2-A state quarterfinals at the Sevier Valley Center Monday. Dykell Jones had 17 points on 6-12 in defeat for the Wolves. Kanab next plays in Tuesday’s 3:00 pm state semifinals against Layton Christian.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Patricia Martinez-Ramirez netted 28 points as the Layton Christian Eagles dismantled Wasatch Academy 51-39 Monday in the 2-A state quarterfinals at the Sevier Valley Center. Nataly Dunka had 25 points in the loss for the Tigers.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Hadley Richins had 17 points and 5 assists as the North Summit Braves downed Duchesne 47-39 in the 2-A sate quarterfinals Monday at the Sevier Valley Center. Kelsey Grant had 12 points and 5 rebounds in defeat for the Eagles. North Summit advances to the state semifinals Tuesday at 5:00 pm to face Millard.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Paige Cummings sank a pair of free throws to put the game away in the closing seconds and led the Millard Eagles to a 48-44 upset of Beaver at the Sevier Valley Center Monday in the 2-A state quarterfinals. Cummings (22 points, 4 rebounds, 7-13 shooting) was the Eagles’ star performer on the evening. Avery Brown had 15 points and 8 rebounds on 7-12 shooting in the loss for the Beavers.
