SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Utah police say two people have been arrested on suspicion of child kidnapping after they allegedly stole a car with a baby inside it in Ogden. Police say 34-year-old Angel Marie Jasso stole a car Wednesday with an infant inside and picked up her friend, 20-year-old Roddy Mike Montes, before leaving the child on a porch in a city about 10 miles away. The incident occurred after the infant’s mother and another adult parked the car with the baby inside and went inside a home to talk to an acquaintance. Jasso then entered the car and drove off. No attorneys were listed for the two suspects in court records as of Thursday.
