(Washington County, UT)  –  The woman found dead at the bottom of a ravine in her car in Washington County is identified.  A passing driver found Danyell Simmons’ car at the bottom of a 300- foot drop on Kolob Terrace Road last week.  Investigators are still not sure why the Washington County woman’s car went over the cliff. Â
