Wahlin, a 6-6 175-pound standout, averaged 13.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game for the Thunderbirds, who played for a 5-A state championship this last season before falling to Springville 66-53 in the state title game.
During his high school career at Timpview, Wahlin averaged 9.96 points and 3.8 rebounds per game.
The versatile Wahlin also netted 50 career 3-pointers for the Thunderbirds.
