OGDEN, Utah-Thursday, the HERO Sports FCS All-Preseason team was announced, featuring representatives from both Weber State and Southern Utah’s football programs.

SUU senior offensive lineman Zach Larsen was named to the first team, with five Wildcats being named to the second and third teams.

Among the Weber State representatives are sophomore tailback Josh Davis (the reigning Jerry Rice Award winner, given to the top freshman in FCS football) junior return specialist Rashid Shaheed on the second team.

Representing the Wildcats on the third team were junior offensive lineman Ty Whitworth, senior defensive lineman Adam Rodriguez and junior kicker Trey Tuttle.
