A new Miss Ephraim was crowned on Saturday night from among a field of nine contestants. Samantha Everitt will represent Ephraim City for the coming year.  Samantha is the daughter of Frederic and Muria Everitt.   Joining Samantha are first attendant, Dallas Taylor; second attendant, Anna Johnson; and third attendant, Abbie Mack. Peyton Tapp was voted Miss Congeniality by the other contestants. Hosting the evening were Jena Bailey, Miss Ephraim 2018 and Mid-Utah Radio host, JD Fox.
