Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Zachary Cowan amassed 21 points and 12 rebounds and Ty Allred added 16 points on 5 of 9 shooting from the field and 4 of 6 from range as the Juab Wasps got past Union 52-48 Friday in Region 14 boys basketball action.
Reid Price netted 20 points and 11 rebounds on 10 of 14 shooting from the field in the loss for the Cougars.
The win improves Juab to 6-7 on the season and 3-0 in Region 14 play.
Region 15
MOAB, Utah-Adam Huff stepped up with 21 points and the Manti Templars surged past Grand 75-63 in Region 15 boys basketball action Friday. Cameron Hoppensteadt’s 13 points led the Red Devils in the loss.
BLANDING, Utah-Jaxon Torgerson posted 27 points and the San Juan Broncos pounded North Sanpete 93-51 in Region 15 boys basketball action Friday. Scott Hatch netted 12 points in defeat for the Hawks.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Joshua Thalman led the way with 22 points as the Richfield Wildcats got past Emery 77-73 Friday in Region 15 boys basketball action. Kyson Stilson had a game-high 29 points for the Spartans in the loss.
Region 18
KANAB, Utah-Nathaniel Houston posted 25 points and Sam Orton added 18 points and 11 rebounds as the Kanab Cowboys stymied Beaver 60-44 in Region 18 boys basketball action Friday. Ky Brown and Preston Roberts had 13 points apiece for the Beavers.
GUNNISON, Utah-Jackson Hill amassed 12 points and the Gunnison Bulldogs outlasted Enterprise 53-52 Friday in Region 18 boys basketball action. Levi Randall and Tyler Hiatt had 14 points apiece in the loss for the Wolves.
PAROWAN, Utah-Krue Stubbs netted 15 points as the Parowan Rams got past Millard 55-49 in Region 18 boys basketball action Friday. Hayes Monroe and Kael Myers each had 20 points in defeat for the Eagles.

GREEN RIVER, Utah-Rad Hughes stepped up with 20 points and the Green River Pirates downed Milford 54-53 in overtime Friday in non-region boys basketball action. Zach Sherwood had 12 points for the Tigers in the loss.
PROVO, Utah-Richie Saunders led the way with 21 points as the Wasatch Academy Tigers clobbered Timpview 94-66 in non-region boys basketball action Friday. Josh Hansen led the Thunderbirds in defeat with 13 points.

MANTI, Utah-Breana Barson’s 12 points paced Manti in a 70-48 rout of Grand Friday in Region 15 girls basketball action. Veda Gritts had 18 points for the Red Devils in defeat.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Bodell Nielson and Delaney Palmer had 15 points apiece in leading San Juan to a 61-34 rout of North Sanpete in Region 15 girls basketball action Friday. Linzy Flinders led the Hawks in the loss with 21 points.
Region 20
PANGUITCH, Utah-Brittney Henrie amassed 25 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists and 8 steals as the Panguitch Bobcats pulverized Escalante 84-22 Friday in Region 20 girl basketball action. Mackenzie Lyman had 9 points in defeat for the Moquis.
JUNCTION, Utah-Alysen Talbot posted 15 points and the Piute Thunderbirds decimated Water Canyon 76-25 in Region 20 girls basketball action Friday. Colette Barlow had 9 points in the loss for the Wildcats.
