TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Wednesday, Snow College’s softball season ended during the SWAC Tournament at Norma Carr Softball Field.
In the first game of the day, the No. 3 Badgers staved off elimination with a 9-0 win over No. 4 USU-Eastern Utah as Brooke Fisher homered twice for Snow. Avery Thorkelson’s two strikeouts in five innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Badgers.
In the next game, No. 1 Salt Lake Community College routed the Badgers 13-4 as Jazmine Prathan and Lafina Fifita homered in victory for the Bruins. Grace Thomas and Taimane Laolagi-Aloy homered in the loss for Snow. Snow ends the season at 17-33 and 10-22 in SWAC play.
