2A State Championship Game @ BYU
PROVO, Utah-Latimer Glover and Kanon Virostko homered and the No. 2 Kanab Cowboys overpowered No. 4 San Juan 13-6 Saturday to win the 2A state championship at Miller Park on the campus of Brigham Young University. Brady Ramsay recorded eight strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Kanab. Nache Young drove in three runs in the loss for the Broncos. In victory, Kanab won its sixth all-time state championship in baseball. The Cowboys have baseball state championships in 1978, 1979, 2009, 2023, 2024 and 2026.
2A One-Loss Bracket @ BYU
PROVO, Utah-Nache Young homered and the No. 4 San Juan Broncos routed No. 11 Gunnison Valley 11-1 Saturday to advance to the state championship bracket at Miller Park. Baylor Nielson posted four strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Broncos. Waylon Sorenson drove in a run in defeat for the Bulldogs. San Juan next faces No. 2 Kanab at 12:30 pm in the state championship bracket at Miller Park. If the Broncos win this game, they force a de facto state championship game against the Cowboys at 2:30 pm.

3A First Round
Union High School
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Payzlei Parrish drove in four runs and the No. 3 Union Cougars routed No. 14 Providence Hall 10-0 in the first round of the 3A softball playoffs Saturday. Haylee Moynier stepped up with 18 strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Cougars. Union advances to bracket play Tuesday at 12:00 pm at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex against No. 6 Richfield.
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Addie Stewart and Jerzy Moon drove in two runs apiece and the No. 6 Richfield Wildcats bested the No. 11 Ogden Tigers 8-3 Saturday in the first round of the 3A state playoffs. Kolbi Viers netted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wildcats. Jill Wood and Lauretta Taylor drove in a run apiece in the loss for Ogden.
One-Loss Bracket
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Ashley Davis homered and the No. 11 Ogden Tigers blanked No. 14 Providence Hall 6-0 Saturday in the 3A one-loss bracket at Union High School. Jill Wood netted six strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Ogden.
Logan High School
LOGAN, Utah-Cambree Cooper homered and the No. 4 Logan Grizzlies smoked No. 13 Delta 14-3 Saturday in the first round of the 3A softball playoffs. Cooper posted five strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Grizzlies. Joslyn Christiansen drove in two runs in the loss for the Rabbits. Logan next faces No. 5 Canyon View in bracket play Tuesday at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex at 12:00 pm. Delta faces No. 12 Juab in an elimination game Saturday at 5:30 pm at Logan High School.

Sienna Soper posted two strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wasps. Joslyn Christiansen drove in a pair of runs in the loss for the Rabbits.
Morgan High School
MORGAN, Utah-Brielle Tuttle homered and the No. 9 Emery Spartans upset No. 8 Morgan 10-8 Saturday in the first round of the 3A softball playoffs. Elli Stoker netted two strikeouts in 1.1 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Spartans. Kassidy Wardell drove in four runs in the loss for the Trojans. Emery next faces No. 1 Grantsville Tuesday at 12:00 pm at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex.
Manti High School
MANTI, Utah-Dakoda Cheney homered twice and the No. 7 Manti Templars routed No. 10 Carbon 10-2 in the first round of the 3A softball playoffs Saturday. Aidali Orozco posted five strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Templars. Aleece Ardohain drove in two runs in defeat for the Dinos. The Templars next face No. 2 North Sanpete at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex Tuesday at 12:00 pm.
2A Championship Bracket @ BYU
PROVO, Utah-Nancy Platt, Alexi Walker, Mylee Platt, Macee Staheli and Hadlee Holt drove in a run apiece and the No. 4 Enterprise Wolves overpowered No. 1 San Juan 7-4 to win the 2A state softball championship Saturday at Gail Miller Field on the campus of Brigham Young University. Platt posted a strikeout in 3.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wolves. Ella Stearns drove in two runs in the loss for the Broncos. This was Enterprise’s fifth all-time state title in softball. The Wolves have state titles in softball in 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2026.
PROVO, Utah-MaKenna Jolley, Macee Staheli, Lauren Ramos and Taryne Rupp drove in two runs apiece and the No. 4 Enterprise Wolves forced a de facto state championship game with an 11-6 win over No. 1 San Juan Saturday at Gail Miller Field. Ramos netted a strikeout in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wolves. Madden Perkins, Keegan Palmer, Averie Gilson, Elizabeth Palmer and Ella Stearns drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Broncos. Enterprise and San Juan will play for the 2A state championship Saturday at 7:00 pm at Gail Miller Field.

PROVO, Utah-The No. 1 Milford Tigers routed No. 2 Altamont 15-0 Saturday to win their first state title in softball in school history Saturday at Gail Miller Field on the campus of Brigham Young University.
PROVO, Utah-Reese Wunderlich drove in three runs and the No. 1 Milford Tigers surged past No. 2 Altamont 12-10 Saturday to force a second game in the 1A softball championship series at Gail Miller Field. Halle Wiseman netted a strikeout in 4.2 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Tigers. Hadley Mecham, Reaylee Stevenson, Kate Lindsay, Ollie Farr and Preslee Thacker drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Longhorns.
