(Salt Lake City, UT) — A judge has denied a request to remove prosecutors from the Charlie Kirk murder case. Attorneys for defendant Tyler Robinson argued the Utah County Attorney’s Office should be recused because one prosecutor’s child attended the rally, though the 18-year-old did not witness the shooting. Kirk was shot and killed at Utah Valley University during an event last September. Robinson could face the death penalty if convicted.
