(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will close its Salt Lake City Conference Center to the public for nearly one year beginning late next month. Officials say the closure will run from March 30th, 2026 through March 1st, 2027 to allow for construction and upgrades ahead of the Salt Lake Temple Celebration. Major events like General Conference and holiday concerts will still be held during that time.
