Region 13

ROOSEVELT, Utah-Stone Mortensen led the way with 14 points and the Manti Templars stymied Union 61-52 in Region 13 boys basketball play Friday. Ryan Oakey’s 18 points led the way in defeat for the Cougars with 18 points.

Region 14

RICHFIELD, Utah-Garrett Wayman netted 16 points and five rebounds on 6/10 from the floor and 3/5 from range as the Richfield Wildcats decimated Delta 57-26 Friday in Region 14 boys basketball play to cap a successful Senior Night with a Region 14 championship. Kobe Driggs led the Rabbits in defeat with 15 points.

Region 15

SALINA, Utah-Kade Johnson stepped up with 21 points and the North Sevier Wolves got past Gunnison Valley 64-60 in Region 15 boys basketball play Friday. Landry Edwards led the Bulldogs in the loss with 19 points.

FILLMORE, Utah-Derk Memmott netted 17 points and Millard soared past Duchesne 70-51 Friday in the Region 15 battle of the Eagles. Gatlin Davies led the Duchesne Eagles in the loss with a game-high 21 points.

Region 18

KANAB, Utah-Carson Visser led the way with 17 points and the Kanab Cowboys routed Beaver 61-41 in Region 18 boys basketball play Friday. Myka Cluff led the Beavers with 11 points in defeat.

Non-Region

MONTEZUMA CREEK, Utah-The Whitehorse Raiders edged Milford 58-57 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Tyce Barnes led the Tigers with 18 points and 6 assists in the loss.

MT. PLEASANT, Utah-The Wasatch Academy Tigers edged Salt Lake Academy 24-22 in Region 16 girls basketball play Friday. Alicia Gonzalez scored 10 points in the loss for the Griffins.

Region 20

JUNCTION, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds got past Valley 50-45 Friday in Region 20 girls basketball play. Maddie Cox led the Buffalos in the loss with 11 points.
