(Hatch, UT) — Another Southern Utah wildfire has burned nearly 16-thousand acres near Bryce Canyon National Park. Officials said yesterday that more than 600 people are working to control the France Canyon Fire in Dixie National Forest. The fire is ten-percent contained, and firefighters were working to strengthen containment lines yesterday. The fire began on June 11th, and investigators say it was started by lightning.
