(Cedar City, UT) — An Enoch man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in his vehicle in Cedar City. Lehi Rulon Jeffs was arrested Monday night and booked into Iron County Jail. Authorities say Jeffs committed the crime on or about January 29th while driving the victim around in Cedar City.
