The development of the new Sanpete Fairpark Events Center has moved into what county officials are calling Phase 2. Phase 1 included the architecture, while Phase 2 will include finishing the interior of the building. County commissioners emphasized that they want the property to be used year round and not just during the Sanpete County Fair.
